Much planning goes into each litter bred here at Roseview.  Each breeding produces healthy puppies with sound temperaments.  Before becoming a part of our breeding program all Roseview dogs have had their eyes and hips tested and parents will be VwD clear or clear by parentage.   In each litter there will be beautiful pets, puppies for performance homes, as well as our next show prospects.  It is important to us to get to know prospective buyers and watch them interact with the puppies and our adults.  We only sell to approved homes and will not  sell to anyone who has not come to our home.  Our puppies are sold with a written contract and a two year health guarantee.  We require that all puppies sold as pets be spayed or neutered by the appropriate age.

Before puppies go to their new homes they will have had their front and rear dewclaws removed, been wormed and will have received their first puppy shot.  Puppies will be taken to the vet during the time they are seven weeks old and he will check them and issue a health certificate.  A diary of each puppy has been kept since birth and it will be given to new owners so you will know every step of your puppies development.  

Upon choosing a puppy, and should you not be taking the puppy home with you on that day, a non-refundable $100.00 down payment is required to hold the puppy.
